Project Coordinator and Project Management Team
HARPNET is coordinated by Professor Jesmond Dalli at Queen Mary University of London. The Project Management Team supports the daily scientific, administrative and financial coordination of the network, communication with the European Commission, consortium reporting and organisation of network activities.
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is the network’s principal decision-making body. It oversees scientific progress, training, supervision, risk management, equality and inclusion, resource allocation and coordination between partners.
Training Board
The Training Board coordinates network-wide training, monitors the individual development of the Doctoral Candidates and ensures complementarity between HARPNET activities and local doctoral programmes.
Dissemination and Exploitation Board
This board oversees communication, open science, intellectual-property management, dissemination of results and the translation of discoveries into academic, clinical and commercial impact.
Scientific Advisory and Thesis Boards
Independent scientific advisers and Thesis Boards will provide external guidance, monitor research quality and support the progression and professional development of individual Doctoral Candidates.
Doctoral Candidate Forum
The Doctoral Candidate Forum gives the researchers a formal voice in network governance. Its representatives will communicate the cohort’s priorities, contribute to decision-making and support the organisation of scientific, training and social activities.
