About this Project

This project will create a multi-layered, cell-specific map of inflammation resolution in rheumatoid arthritis – the RA-ATLAS. Computational and artificial-intelligence approaches will then be used to identify therapeutic checkpoints, prioritise candidate drugs and predict effective personalised or combination treatments.

Your profile and what you'll gain

Skills required

Background in bioinformatics, computational biology, systems biology, data science, mathematics or a related discipline; programming experience and an interest in biomedical applications.

Skills acquired

Multi-omics integration, network and pathway modelling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, drug-response prediction, systems pharmacology, web-based tool development and integration of experimental and clinical datasets.
