This medicinal-chemistry project will design, synthesise and characterise small molecules that activate pro-resolving pathways, focusing on GPR101 and its endogenous ligand RvD5n-3 DPA. Candidates will be optimised for biological activity, stability and drug-like pharmacological properties.
